Čo obnáša prenájom domény?

V prvom rade si dohodneme dobu prenájmu konkrétnej domény na Vami určený čas prenájmu. Či to bude pár mesiacov alebo celý rok je len na Vás.
Bude Vám doručená zmluva o prenájme na nahliadnutie, aby ste videli čo všetko môžete robiť s prenajatou doménou.
Ak budete mať naďalej záujem, danú zmluvu vytlačíte a overíte u notára vo Vašom okolí. Následne danú zmluvu zašlete poštou na určenú korešpondenčnú adresu.
Tento krok samozrejme platí aj z opačnej strany. Vy ako budúci prenajímateľ dostanete riadne podpísanú a notársky overenú zmluvu o prenájme domény.
Po tomto kroku už stačí iba zaplatiť dohodnutú čiastku za prenajatie domény.
Do 24 hodín od prijatia platby Vám bude doména nasmerovaná na Vami určené DNS servery podľa zmluvy o prenájme.
Následne Vám bude vystavená faktúra a bude zaslaná elektronicky ale aj poštou. Čiže daný prenájom domény si môžete dať do nákladov Vašej firmy.

Čo obnáša odkúpenie domény?

Hneď na začiatku Vám bude doručená kúpna zmluva, ktorú následne podpíšete a overíte u notára vo Vašom okolí. Následne danú kúpnu zmluvu zašlete poštou na určenú korešpondenčnú adresu.
Tento krok samozrejme platí aj z opačnej strany. Vy ako budúci majiteľ dostanete riadne podpísanú a notársky overenú kúpnu zmluvu o kúpe domény.
Bude Vám vystavená riadna faktúra, ktorá Vám bude zaslaná elektronicky.
Do 24 hodín od prijatia platby Vám bude doména nasmerovaná na Vami určené DNS servery podľa kúpnej zmluvy a bude urobený prepis majiteľa domény na Vami určenú konkrétnu osobu, alebo firmu.
Následne Vám bude zaslaná riadne podpísaná faktúra poštou. Čiže danú kúpu domény si môžete dať do nákladov Vašej firmy.

What does a domain lease involve?

First of all, we will agree on the rental time of a particular domain at the specified rental time. Whether it's a couple of months or a whole year is up to you.

You will receive a rent-to-lease agreement to see what you can do from a leased domain.

If you continue to be interested, you will print the deal and verify it with a notary in your area. Subsequently, send the contract to the specified mailing address.

Of course, this step also applies to the opposite side. You as a future landlord will receive a properly signed and notarised domain lease agreement.

After this step, you just need to pay the agreed amount for the domain rent.

Within 24 hours of receiving the payment, your domain will be directed to your designated DNS servers under a lease agreement.

You will then receive an invoice and will be sent electronically and by post. So you can put the given rental of your domain in the costs of your company.

What does a domain redemption mean?

From the beginning, you will receive a purchase agreement, which you then sign and verify with a notary in your area. Then send the purchase contract to the specified mailing address.

Of course, this step also applies to the opposite side. You as a future owner will receive a properly signed and notarized purchase purchase agreement.

You will be issued a regular invoice, which will be sent to you electronically.

Within 24 hours of receiving the payment, your domain will be directed to your DNS servers as defined by the purchase agreement,

and a transcript of the domain owner will be made to you for a specific person or business.

You will then receive a fully signed invoice by post. So you can put that domain purchase into your business.
